Through my diverse working experience, I have been exposed to numerous levels of IT. Including support/helpdesk, team leadership, through to high level problem resolution, development and Project administration to IT systems and team management. I am Friendly and motivated, while being ambitious, driven and dedicated to perform to the best of my abilities, always learning and developing while displaying strong team leadership qualities, time effectiveness and management capabilities. I have the ability to work effectively in team environments and autonomously when needed. I have lead and managed IT support, service delivery and project teams in various sizes. I have managed numerous projects from basic software releases to major million dollar strategies in many fascinating areas of Information technology. I have been part of many excising projects including many technological firsts in Australia. I am vastly experienced in self and staff management, ITIL service management, training and testing. I have developed new and mature POS, database and support systems, documentation and system monitoring applications. I have extensive knowledge in retail systems including Markinson, IT Visions, Futura, Microsoft RMS, Quest POS, Omnis7 POS Retail and Retail Directions RMS/SMS ERS Systems including various Integrated EFT devices from Quest, PC Eftpos and Ingenico to generic EFT solutions. I have a sound working knowledge of a variation of windows platforms from Microsystems to Microsoft Servers, IBM AS400 and SQL. I am efficient in the management of commercial and specialist Microsystems for a variety of requirements within a variety of infrastructure .
