Michael Rucker is the CEO of Ivy Rehab, a rapidly growing network of nearly 500 best-in-class outpatient physical, occupational, speech and ABA therapy clinics. With some nearly 4,500 teammates, the Ivy Rehab Network consists of multiple brands in 14 states within the Northeast (CT, DE, MA, NJ, NY, PA, RI), the Midwest (IL, IN, MI, OH) and the Southeast (NC, SC, VA). Clinics within the Ivy Rehab Network are dedicated to providing exceptional care and personalized treatment to more than 10,000 patients each day. Ivy Rehab is backed by leading private equity firm, Waud Capital Partners, and continues to Care, Serve and Grow, through its partnerships with outstanding therapists, leading medical groups, forward-thinking health systems, medical groups and proactive payers. Prior to joining Ivy Rehab, Mr. Rucker served as the EVP & COO of Surgical Care Affiliates (NASDAQ: SCAI) for nearly a decade. Before joining SCA Michael held a variety of general management and business development roles at DaVita. He received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Michael is also a member of the Board of Directors of Pediatrix Medical Group (NYSE: MD).
