Suddenly I became a single mother rearing three very active and smart children, one who is now attending Northwestern University on scholarship. My strong values of determination and persistence are what saw me through this enormous challenge. I am tenacious and diligent in all that I set out to accomplish. Seeing three children thriving and having a career saving organizations millions of dollars has been my reward. I have extensive experience building corporate performance through use of technology, automation and workflow optimization. My strong competencies are as a business strategist and change agent, who transforms business processes to enhance revenue cycle results and deliver multi-million-dollar profitability. I am a respected, open and transparent leader, who builds high performing teams built on trust and accountability, and who inspires confidence with C-level executives, clients and onshore/offshore business partners. My notable achievements are: Revenue Cycle Management: Optimized operations to drive scale, delivering 25% efficiency gains, and delivered nearly $50M to the bottom line. Client Relations: Developed relationships of trust and confidence with key stakeholders of three major accounts, saved $1.2M of accounts from potential cancellation. Leadership Development: Revamped hiring process, reducing monthly employee attrition from 12% to 7%, and saving $100K annually. System Improvement: Designed cash tracking and reconciliation program, heralded by Deloitte as model for professional practice. Financial Analysis: Identified $13M cost overrun and negotiated additional funding from Department of Defense, Department of Labor, Federal Reserve Board and other clients.
