FORMERLY, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITION, PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT ◈◈ WORLD-CLASS SPACE-BASED AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS PROGRAMS ◈◈ PROVEN SKILLS IN PERSONNEL AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT I have extensive experience managing a highly skilled contracts management organization responsible for initiating and administering varied and complex U.S. Government and commercial procurement and customer contracts. My career has been spent in high technology engineering and scientific environments, managing both programs and personnel towards achieving some of the nation’s most challenging and important space-based and communications systems developments, with contracts valued in excess of several billion dollars. I have truly thrived in these important missions and have always viewed the acquisitions and contracts management efforts as key to the success of these programs. Perhaps my greatest strength is my ability to create and continually improve the acquisition systems and professional staff within an organization.
