As an accomplished senior executive, with a solid blend of strategic insight, operations acuity, unique perspectives, and influential leadership in the enterprise technology industry, I’ve implemented high-impact game-changing solutions. Most recently, leading worldwide sales and services for Intralinks, a global SaaS technology provider, delivering inter-enterprise content management and collaboration solutions to over 99% of Global Fortune 1000 companies and used by 3.1M professionals. In addition, my open, visible, and direct style of leadership is able to engage all levels of people, from all disciplines including customers, suppliers, employees, and C-level execs. As a strong leader, motivator, and mentor, I‘m able to get the most out of every opportunity and person by building teams to deliver on demanding objectives. As well, I’ve recruited and groomed multiple talented professionals that advanced to senior-level roles with major contributions to company’s success. A few of my performance highlights include: == Driving 20%+ growth for Intralinks across all business lines in 2014 and double-digit growth in 2015. == Breaking records for revenue and profit growth, achieving the highest quarter in NA channel history for PTC. == Growing PTC’s global account’s revenue 22% for 2 fiscal years and laying foundation for program to represent 65% of annual license revenue. == Transforming PTC’s underperforming sales team into #1 direct sales organization in North America in 18 months.
