Senior Innovation Manager Over 20 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the banking and financial system, also from a technological point of view, able to intercept the elements of strategic, organizational and technological change that characterize it, with managerial, management and technological skills. Ability to deepen a 360 ° view of the evolutionary scenario of the digital market, the ways in which customers interact with digital technologies and the opportunities for business innovation that may derive from the application of new technologies. Multi-dimensional perspective and insights gained from extensive experience; ability to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models to draw connections to our businesses and business units’ needs. Ability to get to know Fintech realities with a creative approach, to identify new business development opportunities according to the Open Innovation paradigm. Successful track record of building solution and established relationships with start-ups; experience with product development and/or business development, in particular within financial services. Analytical Mind, creativity, problem solving, resilience, adaptability, communication, able to engage (internal, external) ; capacity to filter a large number of external engagements into the most impactful opportunities. Ability to analyze and synthesise even for top management; strong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences, even international meetings.
