Ms. Hilleman is an experienced corporate director with over 15 years of board experience building on her career as CFO of several international public life sciences companies. As a director, Ms. Hilleman’s interests include defining growth strategies while developing accountable, performance-based organizations and nurturing leadership talent through partnership and mentorship. Ms. Hilleman is Chairperson of the Board of Omada Health, and currently serves on the boards of companies including NovoCure (NVCR), SI-Bone (SIBN) and HilleVax (HLVX) as well as private companies Omada Health and the Reiter Affiliated Companies, the farming arm of Driscoll’s Berries. Previously, she served on the boards of Xenoport (acquired), Cardiva (acquired) and Talis Biomedical. Ms. Hilleman has broad committee experience as well, serving on Audit (as Chair), Nominating & Governance, Compensation, Risk, Pricing, and M&A Committees. In addition, Ms. Hilleman serves as a merger compliance monitor for the FTC. As a global public company CFO, Ms. Hilleman was responsible for raising over one billion dollars in capital, including 5 successful initial public offerings, and executed numerous M&A transactions. She previously served as CFO of medical device, biotechnology and technology companies including Intersect ENT (acquired), Ocera Therapeutics (acquired), Amyris (AMRS) and Symyx Technologies (acquired). Ms. Hilleman graduated from Brown University and earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. She is a member of the 1999 class of the Henry Crown Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute and has been recognized by several Silicon Valley award programs for her contributions as a CFO and as a business leader.
