Sharon Sotelo is a Managing Principal of Integro Insurance Brokers, with 19 years’ experience in risk management account design, placement, and service execution. With a background in underwriting and brokerage, she is a skilled negotiator specializing in Management Liability. Sharon has particular expertise with complex risks, working closely with companies that have operational issues involving mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies, private placements of equity and debt, geographic expansion, and financial transactions such as IPOs. Her unique value is her ability to understand her clients’ needs and customize solutions that meet their financial objectives and risk tolerance. Sharon’s client portfolio includes several of Integro’s largest healthcare accounts, as well as a variety of public, private, and financial services companies.
