Amerinet’s cash position by improved 35x.-Amerinet financial performance improved every year from 2008 - 2014. 2014 EBITDA grew 19% over prior year.-Financial and operational leader of team that led buyout of Amerinet owner/operator. Achieved national restructuring and transformation of Amerinet. Streamlined operations exceeding expense and headcount reduction targets.-As President of Administrative Resources, led organizational conversion from cooperative with 600 equity owners to privately held C-corp with 230 stockholders. Improved balance sheet, net income and positioned for capitalization and returns to owners.-Leads Human Resource function including board management, talent management, compensation, benefits, incentive designs, and training.-Created Revenue Optimization (2009) and Implementation (2013) Divisions at Amerinet and improved revenue capture and cash collections. Divisions have consistently exceeded goals and generated additional revenue of $8 M.-Leader of New Business & Strategy Development Division.
