10 years of hands-on and leadership experience helping high-performing teams identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive improved product & business outcomes through applied machine learning and data science. As Head of Data & Analytics at R-Zero, I managed a team of engineers & analysts to drive development of enterprise systems, data infrastructure, and ETL pipelines (including TBs of sensor data) that powered internal and customer-facing applications, dashboards, and analysis. As a Machine Learning Engineer at Bain & Company, I led development of scaled machine learning systems across a multitude of on-prem and cloud environments that drove $100MM+ improvements in revenue and costs. In addition to applied analytics projects, I advised senior executives within industry leading organizations on high-stakes decisions related to data strategy, organizational structure, analytics, and systems architecture. As a Senior Software Engineer - Data at iCracked (acquired by Allstate), I led development of data infrastructure, streaming and batch-based data pipelines, and applied data science solutions that drove significant product improvements, including a >100% increase in funnel conversion rates.
