I was involved in the critical phase of the organization's growth from its start to a sizable number of 200. I have observed, participated and analyzed this entire process and has build my knowledge base. I have carried out various functions of HR, from recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, working as a point of contact for appraisal processing, benefits enrollment, exits etc. Resolving employee issues with regular meetings with managers, guiding them on performance management and goal setting has been one of the KRAs at work. Besides my current responsibilities as HR business partner, I have also previously been part of advertising and corporate communication sector. I have spent a sizable number of years defining and advising various organizations on their corporate communication needs and have also handled people management portfolios.
