HSNi offers innovative, differentiated retail experiences on TV, online, via mobile devices, in catalogs, and in brick and mortar stores. Mr. Thompson has held several leadership positions in Application Development, Enterprise Architecture, Application and Integration Architecture, and Program and Portfolio Management at HSNi.In his current role, Mr. Thompson is responsible for:-Delivering a $3+ million portfolio of Digital Commerce and Marketing initiatives through a balanced allocation of internal and external resources-Driving the long-term strategy for HSN’s digital platforms including Web, Mobile and Interactive TV-Driving continuous improvement, operating efficiency and agility through Agile, DevOps, and Architecture practices-Creating and sustaining highly effective partnerships and engagement across all HSN business units to ensure positive revenue growth-Proving guidance to the CIO and other Executive Officers regarding the most effective use of people, process and technology towards HSN’s corporate strategies
