ACCOMPLISHMENTS •Developed and implemented labor reporting to inform management of labor costs, and assist in decision-making on labor issues. •Proposed, defined and implemented new time and attendance systems, taking the company from a completely manual paper system to a completely automated system using a Kronos time and attendance system. •Planned and implemented Pay Cards for payroll payments, reducing potential check fraud and escheatment issues, and streamlining disaster recovery pay options. •Managed taxable stock and relocation payroll process for employee W2’s and tax reporting. •Developed comprehensive Business Continuity plan for payroll processing during disaster recovery operations. •Currently working as a member of a team to determine any needed changes in processes for new upcoming health care requirements.
