Daphne E. Jones is Senior Executive at GE Healthcare, an $18B arm of General Electric. Her role as Chief Information Officer for GE Healthcare Global Services - is to drive and enable business strategy and realization of business needs via a robust and relevant technology strategy. The strategy is specifically geared to enable improvement in GEHC services business- reduce costs, while improving field engineering capability on a global basis in all markets served. Daphne's global IT organization delivers a multi - regional, multi P&L business capability and harnesses cloud and collaboration technologies coupled with business analytics to drive rapid decision making. This engenders a positive customer experience and market growth for GEHC.Prior to GE, Daphne was SVP and CIO at Hospira, Inc. a $4B pharmaceutical and infusion technology company located in Lake Forest IL. She reported to Mike Ball, CEO, and was a member of the Hospira Senior Leadership Team. Daphne was accountable for enabling market leadership through the use of technical solutions She and her diverse team helped define & implement strategies and processes to deliver increased market share, revenue, profitability, compliance, and overall business value. Prior to her joining Hospira , she was WW Vice President, IT and CIO for Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Veridex, and Therakos Operating Units at J&J, and sat on the WW Global Management Board.Daphne joined Johnson and Johnson in 1997, served as Executive Director at several Johnson & Johnson companies—including Consumer & Personal Care Group, and J&J Corporate Headquarters.Daphne joined Johnson & Johnson after her tenure with IBM.
