I'm a tenured leader spanning customer success, sales and marketing in tech for global enterprise. I specialise in leading customer-facing teams in problem solving for complex multi-brand companies across NA, EMEA and APAC, and scaling the strategies and frameworks for my team's successes. Within my 14 years across customer success, sales, marketing and tech, I have 8 years of people management and developing emerging talent. I get excited about developing organisation-wide change management and customer transformation programs with my teams. Leveraging my expertise with entrepreneurialism and sales, I have developed 5 SaaS and emerging industry businesses, and share these learnings across multiple mentorship programs. I am also an avid HBR reader, cook of all delicious things, and art gallery wanderer.
