A bit about me: I believe in collaboration, sharing, and working out loud together to strategically solve problems. I am a data nerd. I prefer to make decisions based on fact, not sentiment. I understand how important it is to establish a great baseline of data and metrics in every function we run to show us what is working, and what is not. Autonomy is super important. I believe in hiring the best people, empowering & enabling them, and getting the heck out of their way so they can achieve their goals. I've learned that social is a must for any organization, and empowering your employees, your candidates, and your customers to turn messages into meaningful relationships is the way forward. I am passionate about the HR Open Source Community (#HROS), which has a long-term goal to create a knowledge bank of case studies and proven practices across a wide range of representative industries and company sizes, curating content and fostering collaboration while driving innovation throughout the HR and talent acquisition functions. I value being working for an organization that has a greater purpose than profits, is environmentally sustainable and conscious, and is doing business for good.
