Part of the global leadership team for Hays Talent Solutions, whilst supporting our Life Sciences business, I work with our marketing teams around the world to make sure they reach the right people, at the right time, with the right message. Having started my career in project management for a public sector graduate recruitment and retention project, my expertise in marketing soon lead to a promotion to marketing manager for an international recruitment, executive search and consultancy company. Here I gain my Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma in 2012. I went on to gain agency side experience developing brands and campaigns for travel and finance companies at a strategic full service marketing agency, before returning to my marketing roots in recruitment by joining Hays.
