Over a seven-year period I was instrumental in opening offices throughout Kent and then moved to Central London in 1994. In 1995 I took a general management position and worked in a number of regions in London and the Home Counties. Responsible for managing teams of varying size from fifteen to eighty, I focused on the ongoing development of both the consultants and the profile that Hays had in accountancy and finance in the market. In 2004, I transferred to focus on the public services and not-for-profit markets. Initially, I again fulfilled a general management position and then I transferred to focus on the public services and charity and not for profit market recruiting qualified finance personnel. My specific area of expertise is managing the recruitment of senior accountancy and financial appointments. I have access to an extensive national and international network - this means that I can identify suitable candidates for my clients very quickly. I can of course also keep you informed of suitable opportunities.
