Prior experience/leadership positions in field management (multi-channel distribution networks), marketing, sales operations and company wide reengineering transformation project. Currently leads national sales organization of 2,000+ sales management/multi-channel agency network to distribute niche based commercial insurance products with P&L responsibility.In my personal time I enjoy investing in physical fitness activities, hiking, skiing and spending time with family. I also am involved and serve in our local church community.
