Scott Baker, Director of Information Services for OraSure Technologies, is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, operational support, and continuous improvement of corporate information services and systems. With responsibility of the corporate SAP system, Scott was first introduced to SAP when he lead the medical device manufacturer's full life cycle SAP ECC Implementation in 2006. Scott and the team experienced great success with the implementation and have since extended their SAP landscape to include Business Objects, CRM, and Mobility. Additional accomplishments include a full life cycle SAP implementation for OraSure's Canadian subsidiary, deploying on premise and mobile CRM, outsourcing finished goods warehousing, implementing calibrations, and leveraging quality notifications to manage consumer complaints for the first rapid over-the-counter HIV test.
