The Company designs, manufactures and sales of value-added, custom blow molded plastic containers for branded consumer products. The Company?s customers include multi-national and regional blue-chip consumer product companies. The Company?s products provide differentiated packaging for consumer products that help address basic needs, such as nutrition, hygiene and home care. The Company is organized and managed on a geographical basis in three operating segments: North America, Europe and South America. Each operating segment includes four major categories: Food and Beverage, Household, Personal Care/Specialty and Automotive Lubricants.

Managed a lean IT budget which represented less than 0.5% of revenuesSuccessfully built a strong and loyal IT staff, averaging 12 years of tenure who addressed both functional and technical expertiseResponsible for all aspects of the IT organization, including Applications, Hardware, Networking, Voice, and Engineering on a global basis. Responsible for developing the IT Strategy and totally transforming the IT systems from custom developed applications on proprietary hardware to one single global instance of SAP running on Intel based systems. Responsible for successfully integrating over 5 acquisition (assessed IT environment, identified potential synergies and migrated them all to our company global model) Hands-on leader who has a strong knowledge of all aspects of a manufacturing organization and the associated business processes.
