I have taken my personnel management and marketing experience into graduate school and obtained my MBA with graduation May 2012. Upon completion I took the opportunity to step into Standish Milling Company as an internal consultant to help shape current processes and plan for future growth and technological integration. Upon completing the implementation of a new ERP system I moved back to Northern Michigan to begin my career in recruiting and staffing with The Cog Group. After 1 year of employment I had progressed and grown into an opportunity to open The Cog Group's first expansion office based out of Fort Myers, Florida and had since moved back to MI to continue to grow and develop the business. After moving out of the Staffing & Recruiting industry I took a position with Petoskey Brewing Company which allowed me to get into an industry I have a strong passion for. Beyond my professional career I am interested in skydiving, ice hockey and traveling. I am always looking forward to my next adventure and aspire to visit all 50 states and increase my country tally since my first backpacking trip through Europe. I also enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my American Bulldog, Capone, and brewing my own all-grain craft beers.
