With several years of experience serving on the Senior Management team of a well known medical device manufacturing company, Mackenzie Farone is an ideal candidate for Marketing Director or CMO positions. She is a graduate of the Rowland School of Business at Point Park University where she earned a Masters Degree (MBA) in Business Management with a concentration in International Business Management and Marketing from this prestigious international program. In 2016, Mackenzie was promoted to Senior Manager for Corporate Communications after serving for several years as a Senior Marketing Manager. In her current role, she is responsible for creating & leading the implementation of an inbound brand strategy on a national and international basis through email marketing channels, website, and social media, as well as, finding and coordinating nationally and internationally recognized events, television/media opportunities and press. This role requires expertise and certifications in Google Adwords, graphic design, Google Analytics/Hubspot, and SEO. In her previous roles, she was responsible for creating and implementing the annual strategic marketing plan that includes the need for an in-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and online media, advertising, data-driven decision making, customer engagement, effective product launches, public relations and communications and using both B2B and B2C marketing channels.High performance & the recognition of leadership skills placed Mackenzie in several succession programs including Greiner Academy which provides intensive management training to the top 10% of employees, as well as, being placed by upper management in the Leadership Union program with the local Chamber of Commerce.
