Entrepreneurial business CFO or Finance Director, easy switching between strategy and getting things done in a hands-on way. Most important roles/experience 1. AtFrieslandCampina since 2005: Director M&A (current role, 4 years), Finance Director @Kievit (4 years) and DMV (3.5 years) and Manager Corporate Finance (4 years). 2. CFO Petroplus Engineering Group 2002-2005, medium sized company ("MKB") 3. Manager Audit/Financial Advisory PwC 1991-1999 Current role: Director M&A and Business Development (FrieslandCampina) as from 2016. Responsible for the management of acquisition-, divestment- and merger projects. Closed several deals in the Netherlands, Nigeria, the USA and Germany and worked on much more national and international projects. Co-lead (MT-member) start-up of new cooperatives with the goal to improve the sustainability profile of the milk chain in an innovative and entrepreneurial way and arranged funding (€ 250 mln). My previous position (from 2012 till 2016) was Finance Director Kievit, a global operating company with 3 production and sales locations in The Netherlands, Germany and Indonesia and sales offices in Egypt, China and Singapore. Sales EUR 560 million and 900 employees. Achievements and experience gained in both and large and medium-sized companies: •Entrepreneurial business partner with passion for finance and business, Member MT, end-responsible @ Kievit for finance (31 FTE) and pricing management (4 FTE). Overall responsible for finance, controlling, (complex) reporting, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, risk & control, tax, treasury. Executed several improvement projects in e.g. process optimization and working capital. •Developed and implemented pricing management, the pivotal role between marketing, procurement and sales to optimize margin management and with this contributed to the increase of result by pricing and margin management. •Business development, set-up of partnerships (e.g. in China, Egypt, The Philippines) resulting in substantial growth of the company. •Implementation S&OP. •ICT implementation projects (SAP @Kievit in NL and Indonesia, HFM @Campina). •International experience in EMEA, North America and Asia.
