My primary area of expertise is transforming traditional data-driven marketing functions into customer-centric based strategic assets that contribute to all aspects of operations — and I’ve done this for a variety of consumer businesses, including companies in financial services, e-commerce and multichannel retail. My key success drivers are operationalizing insights, aligning analytics with business objectives, and using data to generate stories that inform business, finance, marketing, and operations strategies. My notable achievements include receiving a DMCNY Silver Apple lifetime achievement award in 2021 for my contributions to the marketing industry, being selected as 1to1 Magazine 2008 Customer Champion honoree in 2004, and serving as an adjunct professor in the Applied Analytics Master of Science Program at Columbia University School of Professional Studies.
