•Graduate UK Chartered Accountant. •Extensive CFO / COO experience in a mid-sized firm (£60m+ sales) with overseas offices. •Record of creating & realising shareholder value (incl. equity and debt funding, MBO ). •Board Director overseeing strong operational & profit growth and managing large back office teams. •Extensive IPO experience at BZW managing IPOs and investor relations with key fund managers in UK market.
