Sales Incentives and Compensation Leader I have spent 15+ years working with pharmaceutical and healthcare leaders to develop industry leading sales incentive programs. My primary focus has been to work with sales and sales support organizations to help define corporate strategy and align that strategy to industry standards in a way that fits the specific needs of the organization. In addition to sales compensation, I also work closely with smaller and local businesses to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies customized specifically to address their unique business goals. I bring a breadth of experience as well as depth of knowledge within sales incentive strategy, design, and technology. In any setting, my goal is to foster a true team-based environment by bringing differing ideas, people, and processes together to drive toward a successful execution of our common vision.
