Extensive experience establishing human resource functions in new facilities and organizations transitioning after acquisition. Creation and implementation of recruiting, orientation, training and development initiatives that support changing environments. Successful management of compliance issues by working closely with EEOC, OFCCP, OSHA, NLRB and WCC. Implement and enhance performance management systems that support succession planning objectives. HUMAN RESOURCES: -Design policies and procedures focused on business needs and corporate values. -Develop and enhance communication processes that support engagement and goal achievement. -Support off site locations in multiple states. -Change management experience with acquisitions, new facilities and organizational development. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: -Develop and manage performance review processes with focus on goal achievement and metrics. -Establish career committees to support succession planning and development plans. -Design and manage recruiting processes that meet long-term business needs. -Develop, manage and facilitate onboarding activities. TRAINING: -Manage training for compliance, employee development and business requirements. -Customize programs for specific needs; mentoring, peer review and behavior based interviewing. BUSINESS SUPPORT: -Participate in cross functional teams focused on continuous improvement initiatives. -Review lean events for training opportunities and process improvements. -Support safety programs; audits, compliance and goal achievement.
