Bringing over 10 year of experience to my current role, I began my career with Fairmont Hotels in October 2006 at Fairmont San Francisco as Human Resources Coordinator. In July of 2008 I was promoted to Human Resources Manager before moving to Fairmont San Jose as Assistant Director of Human Resources in September of 2012. I returned to Fairmont San Francisco in June 2015 as Assistant Director, Talent & Culture. In January 2018 I was promoted to Director, Talent & Culture at Fairmont San Jose and recently returned home to Fairmont San Francisco as Director, Talent & Culture. On July 8, 2022 I began a new journey as Director of Culture & Belonging at Fairmont San Francisco. My accomplishments over her 10 years with Fairmont include many individual, team and hotel accolades including but not limited to being recognized for Star of the Month in April 2007, Leader of the Quarter in 2010 at Fairmont San Francisco, as well as Leader of the 3rd Quarter and Leader of the Year in 2014 at Fairmont San Jose. I was also recognized as Leader of the 3rd Quarter and co-Leader of the Year in 2016 at Fairmont San Francisco. As chair of the Health & Safety committee I achieved Safety hotel of the year for the Fairmont San Jose in 2012 & 2014 and in 2018 led Fairmont San Francisco to a full calendar year without any lost time accidents. Most recently my vast community outreach efforts led me to receive several accolades including: Silicon Valley YWCA Tribute to Women Executive Leadership Award, Silicon Valley Business Journal 40 under 40, California Hotel & Lodging Association Community Service Award, California Hotel & Lodging Association WIL Connect Leader of the Year Award. I was also featured in an article about Women in Leadership in Hotel Luxury Magazine. I provided support not only to my current hotel but for the California Region and Fairmont Brand having completed task force assignment in different properties including Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, Fairmont Miramar Hotel Bungalows, Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square, The Plaza Hotel and The Claremont Club & Spa, a Fairmont Hotel. In 2007 I received my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Business Administration from San Francisco State University in San Francisco, California.
