As asset manager my goal is to support individual real estate investors in their decision to invest in Hospitality and that their expectations are meet in terms of assets performance. With the vast experience in Hospitality both in hotel operation’s as well as pre-opening, due-diligence and auditing I am acumen with the necessary tools to make sure that individual real estate investments are properly set up and monitored meeting expectations and inform the portfolio manager if the assets are not achieving the overall portfolio objectives.
