As a Senior IT Manager, he is responsible for overseeing strategic enterprise planning and expanding leadership initiatives related to the development of an enterprise-wide Shared Services structure. He has also played an integral role in evaluating business needs and aligning IT operations between the US and Canadian divisions of EnCana. He consistently delivers successful outcomes; driving organizational improvements and cost reductions though the reengineering of technical and operational best practices. John is an instrumental component in assisting organizations as they manage through periods of transitional growth and change.
