Aaron has led teams of QA engineers and analysts at organizations ranging from startups to large, multinational insurance companies. Aaron has extensive experience in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of QA projects supporting manual, automated, and performance testing processes. He also features extensive experience in the full life cycle of enterprise-level test automation frameworks, leveraging the latest versions of industry-standard automation suites. In addition, Aaron is experienced in the design, development, and implementation of business process design and reengineering in the commercial insurance and financial services industries. He is extremely familiar with Internet applications and features a broad understanding of the entire software development life cycle. Additionally, Aaron won the prestigious Presidents Award for his technical contributions on behalf of a large insurance company in the Northeast. He has spoken and presented technical classes on quality, test automation frameworks, and overall test management best practices at Segue user conferences, Software Test and Performance Conferences (STPCon East and West), Software Test Analysis and Review (STAREAST), and is former a member of the American Society for Quality.
