Vineet Jain is an experienced business leader who has worked in the B2B technology industry in Silicon Valley for over 25 years. Born and raised in India, Vineet had a passion for engineering at a very young age, which led him to earning a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. Knowing that the best place in the world to pursue his passion engineering was Silicon Valley, Vineet packed his things and left his home in India to head to the Bay Area and received an MBA from Santa Clara University.After holding multiple senior level positions at KPMG and Bechtel, Vineet set his sights on becoming a self-made entrepreneur. He started his first company, Valdero, a supply chain solution provider that received funding from Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers, Mohr Davidow Ventures, and Trinity Ventures - which he successfully sold.Since then Vineet has become a highly recognized and regarded leader in the Enterprise File Sync and Share market, holding the title of CEO (and co-founder) of Egnyte. As the leader of Egnyte, Vineet has secured multiple funding rounds to help grow the business from a cadre of co-founders to global business with over 300 employees worldwide. Along the way Vineet has worked with senior leadership from the biggest technology companies in the world to help build the Egnyte business, including Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and many more. Vineet is a trusted thought leader in business, engineering, finance, and all things technology, having made appearances on Bloomberg, CNBC, NBC Bay Area, and more.
