Collaborative approach to successful IT leadership, engaging with key business stakeholders, clients and 3rd parties, delivering effective IT solutions and business process transformation. Highly-accomplished in ensuring the translation of business requirements into tangible IT deliverables. An active promoter of Cloud-computing, BI, Knowledge Management and Collaborative tools. Experience of driving change management, business transformation, IT service transition, IT strategies, technology roadmaps, complex programme delivery, IT investment & IT upgrades.
