I am Global Client Director at Ebiquity plc. We are independent marketing performance specialists. Marketing performance is vital to understand as it is often the single largest discretionary spend line on the P&L. Understanding, influencing and optimising every touch-point, in today's complex path-to-purchase, is what any consumer facing business - and every CEO or CMO - needs to consider. My role is purely client focused with the simple aim to listen and understand the challenges that clients face and then help them to find the solutions through the broad range of skills and services available in Ebiquity. In my global role I provide clients with a vital central point of contact through which they can answer global objectives, resolve regional challenges and, in many cases, impact local decisions. Through a collaborative client partnership, I will be your representative, with all Ebiquity internal stakeholders, ensuring they work to the highest standards on each project. My aim is to simplify the process, ensure consistent and relevant communication, to generate the most effective results.
