AS Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the entire Ducati Group I coordinate all activities aimed at the transformation, evolution and maintenance of the Organization's processes, applications and systems. More than four thousand internal customers distributed across the Headquarter, 3 Production Plants, 14 National Sales Companies and about 800 Dealers distributed in 93 Countries. Thanks to a mixed team of internals (30) and externals (> 100) I deal with all the infrastructural, system and application layers of the Company: ERP, Digital, R&D, Data Management and Infrastructure as well as Business Continuity, Security and IT Governance.
