As Head of Vehicle Project Management I have the responsibility to guarantee a strategic surveillance and constant flow of product planning and development processes, matching the targets of time to market, cost, performance and quality assigned to each projects in the brand products plan. To achieve these tasks the Head of Project Management leads a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers covering all the products belonging to the assigned product families. Managed projects during my career: - Multistrada 1200 Enduro, MY 2016 - Scrambler Sixty2, MY 2016 - Hypermotard 939, MY 2016 - Multistrada 1200 with DVT Testastretta engine, MY 2015 - Scrambler Ducati, MY 2015 - New Hypermotard & Hyperstrada (2009 - 2013); - Multistrada 1200 restyling (2010 - 2012); - New Multistrada 1200 (2007 - 2010); - Hypermotard 1100 (2006 - 2007); - Sport Classic family: Paul Smart 1000, Sport 1000, GT 1000 (2004 - 2006); - Multistrada 1000 (2002 - 2004) and 1100 (2006).
