Thomas Bonk is a Vice President of Professional Services in DTI’s Legal Services practice where he has executive oversight of the company’s E-Discovery Project Managers, Solutions Architects, Technology Assisted Review (TAR) Consultants and LitWorks Training Instructors. He has over 15 years of experience in the E-Discovery industry managing the strategic and tactical use of technology within litigation, regulatory and investigative advisory matters. Thomas has extensive experience in directly managing the DTI’s largest and most sensitive projects and, more recently, expanding the company’s large (115+) team of knowledge professionals. Thomas presently leads DTI’s strategic investments in expanding the company’s critically important client-facing service professionals who provide workflow and daily technology consultations in support of both large and longstanding corporate programs as well as quick-turn, transactional services typical of law firm engagements. He specializes in the execution of strategic recruiting, training, and employee development programs that serve as the foundation to the company’s success in delivering E-Discovery services which include: forensic data collection and analysis, litigation readiness consulting, ESI processing, keywords search, technology assisted review, document hosting, managed document review, workspace design and development, and the execution of endgame activities including document production and presentation. Thomas earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s in Business Administration with distinction from DePaul University with a concentration in Operations Management.
