Business results in large and small corporate settings as well as economic crisis, corporate restructuring, turnaround, and company relocation scenarios have been consistently outstanding. While ensuring lean, efficient, disciplined financial operations through process standardization, financial controls, and cost reduction initiatives, the strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes I create provide invaluable visibility for business decision making. Known for an open door policy that is so open it lacks a door, my outgoing approach with colleagues, peers, clients, and subordinates at all levels has been a major driver in the stellar business results I have been able to deliver. My focus is on exemplary customer service in an industry where travel can be easily booked online and superior service is the prime differentiator in a consumer’s decision to choose a company—and I readily instill this unwavering focus in my teams and the corporate culture. Beginning in 2009 as President and Managing Director U.S. and Asia Divisions with STA Travel, I spearheaded development and execution of business strategies that transformed the organization with dramatic impacts to employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. While driving substantial multi-channel sales improvement in the midst of a severe economic downturn, I also strengthened the company’s position by creating a robust product line and enhancing the company’s external corporate image.
