Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. is an American soft drink company, based in Plano, Texas. Manufacturer, bottler, and distributor of Dr Pepper, 7UP, Mott's, Snapple, Canada Dry, and other favorites.

23 years of Sales/Distribution/Marketing/Planning and Regional Account Experience, 18 of them in the Liquid Refreshment business at the Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Held positions from Distribution Route Driver/Supervisor to Sales Manager, then to Director, Business Development (Small Format/C&G), to Manager, Demand Planning and then to Director, Supply Planning/Distribution for the SWBU (20 Branches). As of August 2012, created a 3-person team to oversee SAP Ordering, APO Forecasting, Procurement, SAP MRP settings and streamline distribution for 20 DC's in the SWBU for DPSG. Rolled out APO Forecasting Models in our SWBU and MRP Distribution Processes for our Hub/Spoke system via SAP/Truckbuilder. Previously implemented the Pull System in TLB for our Plants. Currently involved with multiple Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI)/KaizenEvents (12 total) including inventory reduction, pull system calculator planning for production and centralized distribution initiatives. Just initiated a Centralized Ordering Process (two person process for Purchased Products - both internal and externally procurred) distributed via our RDC's and Production Facilities Minimize cross-docking and multiple touch points (reduced down from 20). Incorporate functions of a 'Regional Logistics Coordinator' role into my daily functions, overseeing Regional Production Capabilities, Product Distribution/Sourcing and SKU Rationalization/Run-out.
