Neil is a seasoned HR professional with board-level experience scaling hyper-growth companies through innovative people programs and technology. During the last 20 years his unique blend of consulting, people tech and HR with innovative teams at Accenture, Google and Dropbox makes him a world-class leader of the future of work. From 2019-2022, Neil led the People and IT teams at Alto Pharmacy. The company grew from 250 to 1200+ full-time and part-time employees. We've leveled the company, established compensation practices, bands and run market/merit/promotion cycles; established quarterly performance management including annual 360 reviews and performance checkins. We launched our company cash bonus program and revamped our benefits programs. All this while managing through a global pandemic and navigating our response to the social justice movement of 2020. We're refreshed our values, expanded our leadership development programs and working to scale the company to new sites (13) and 1800 Altoids all while remaining focused on: Serving Patients, Expanding the Business and Keeping Altoids Safe and Growing! Previously, he helped Dropbox grow and scale from 800 to 4000 workers as the Global Head of Recruitment (end-to-end), HR Operations & Technology; his team of 100+ full-time Dropboxers developing and executing amazing People processes (hire to retire) for a growing high tech firm that is expanding globally. Neil led the teams delivering Recruitment (Recruiters, Sourcers and RCs), Onboarding, HR data admin, Global Mobility, Contingent Workforce (Specialists), People Analytics across 10 countries. Our HR team deployed levels, comp grades, launched company bonus program, manager development, diversity goals and iterated on our performance mgmt programs to drive an evolving culture. Previously, Neil spent 2+ years at Google, leading teams of business analysts, program managers and supporting engineers that develop world class Compensation, Payroll, Benefits and Sales Incentive technology at Google. In addition, Neil was responsible for People Data Security programs including Access, Authentication, Audit and Transmission. Prior to Google, Neil spent 10+ years with Accenture's HR & Talent Management practice. During this time he has helped design and implement HR shared services and technology.
