Linda has over 20 years of experience working closely with clients to identify and unlock new marketing opportunities with ideas that help build their brand while driving increased business performance. Linda does this across their customer's communications landscape from traditional offline media to the digital, social and mobile channels that shape our world today. Linda joined Digitas 10 years ago to work on American Express and lead the performance-driven acquisition stream designed to scale Membership. She has been the overall Relationship Lead for this client for the last 3 years. As American Express' very own category continues to be transformed by the radically changing digital landscape, Linda has helped the team to bring to market some of the most breakthrough (never-been-done-before) digital business building campaigns, services and products. Linda currently leads the global BlackBerry account as the EVP Global Managing Director of Publicis B1 which is a team of Publicis thought leaders that drive the client's marketing IP and leverages best-in-class capabilities from across the suite of Publicis digital agencies. Publicis B1 uses BrandLIVE (the Publicis newsroom approach to real time marketing) as a part of how work is created or influenced by cultural trends and insights every single day. Prior to working in the US Linda led the agency team that developed and launched the UK's first intelligent frequent shopper program, Tesco Clubcard which took the grocery retail giant to the UK's #1 spot. During her time in the industry she has worked at FCB with clients like Gevalia, Clairol, Unilever (Mentadent) in the US and in the UK at Evans Hunt Scott where she was Managing Director she working with clients like Tesco, BMW, Littlewoods Home Shopping, P & G (Olay) and The Economist. Linda has a BA in Communications and Business from the London College of Printing.
