Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is the primary airport serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex in the U.S. state of Texas.

*Responsible for Human Resources, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Procurement, Risk Management, Communications & Marketing, and Supplier Diversity *Instrumental in development and implementation of Airport’s strategic plans including employee communications and training *Designed Human Resources programs including employee engagement, staffing, total rewards compensation, benefits & employee programs), training and development, talent reviews & succession planning, performance management *Designed & implemented comprehensive DE&I programs, including Diversity Leadership Council, employee resource groups, training, and mentoring programs *Administered business diversity programs to support and promote small, minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises. Ensure compliance with federal requirements. *Delivered impactful and results-oriented marketing and communications strategies through domestic and international media relations, global marketing, social media, community engagement, Board and Owner city relations, internal communications and crisis communications *Utilizing an Enterprise Risk Management framework, identify, analyze and evaluate exposures, develop and implement loss prevention measures that reduce costs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and Board policies *Managed procurement process through purchasing, contract solicitation, administration, and capital projects in a cost effective and timely manner.
