Paul Rouse is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Dex Media, Inc. (NASDAQ:DXM), one of the largest national providers of social, local and mobile marketing solutions in the USA. Previously, Paul was the CFO of Apple and Eve LLC, one of the largest privately held beverage companies in the USA. Paul was awarded Private Company CFO of the Year for Long Island in 2013 for his work restructuring the company and modernizing its operations. During Paul's tenure the company doubled its enterprise value leading to its successful sale to Lassonde Industries at a significant premium to equity holders in 2014. Prior to that Paul was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Yellowbook Inc. Paul was a key leader in Yellowbook's extraordinary growth and the resulting reshaping of the industry, Paul led the company through a series of acquisitions and growth initiatives that saw revenue expand from $38 million to over $2 billion. On average, Yellowbook’s revenue doubled every two years for over a dozen years. As recognition for these achievements Paul was recognized by the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP) as one of the highest ranking professionals in the field of treasury/corporate finance. Paul has partnered with a number of financial sponsors during his career including Oak Hill Partners, CIGNA, Clear Light Partners, APEX, Hicks Muse and Veronis Suhler Stevenson leading to substantial returns to sponsors and management. Paul's career beginnings were in international internal audit at JPMorgan and public accounting at Ernst and Young. Professional designations achieved: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
