I work with and support a team of 115 local business development representatives in Maryland,Virginia, Tennessee , North Carolina , and South Carolina to develop, grow, and maintain successful digital marketing and business automation strategies for the small to medium sized businesses they are working with. Using my experience and success in sales along with my extensive knowledge of PPC, SEO, Online Display,Mobile Marketing, Website Development, Email & Text Marketing, Business Automation Software and Retargeting , combined with each clients specific business goals and current marketing efforts, I create a proposed strategy to bring top results. I then collaborate with the local representative to present it to their client and close the sale. I conduct weekly training sessions with each team to not only ensure they are up to date with product and solution knowledge but also how to position those solutions into a strategy that makes sense to each type of business they are working with. Just having knowledge of what digital solutions are is not enough. You must have understanding of how they benefit a business and compliment their additional offline marketing or your proposed strategy will either not make sense or will fail. Additionally, I assist in client retention and growth by monitoring and evaluating current campaigns and work closely with our back end support making adjustments to ensure continued success. I conduct follow up meetings with clients to go over results and make further recommendations to increase their current campaign and/or add additional solutions. This role has enabled me to take my President's Club winning performance as a local account manager combined with my prior experience as a Sales Training Manager to help develop a highly skilled sales team and increase the digital revenue in my regions by 200%. This success resulted in being awarded Presidents Club as a Digital Manager for the year 2014, 2015 & 2017.
