Creative | adaptable | hard-working | team-oriented | trustworthy As Dechra is a global organization in a complex and variable industry, it is critical that our teams are always aligned on initiatives, actively working toward common goals, and connected to each other. My role is focused on these concerns for Product Development, in particular with the Senior Leadership team but also for the greater PD team overall. I feel the most sense of satisfaction at work when I'm moving important initiatives along, doing something creative such as writing or graphic design, or helping the team learn something new or feel more connected. And I'm lucky that I get to do all of these things in my current role!
