I moved into this position with DCI Marketing in late 2010. Before that time I was one of the senior members of the DCI Model Shop. In this position I have the responsibility for engineering our Designer’s concepts into cost effective and manufacturing practical solutions. I work very closely with our Designers to make minimal compromises, so we assure that their vision is intact. I also collaborate with our Estimators and Production staff insuring that all of the information and specifications are communicated to our vendors as accurately as possible. At DCI we solely use SolidWorks as our CAD platform; I personally have been working with the program since the year 2000. I export and import various file types to work with and provide our vendors with file formats that meet their needs.
