> COMMUNITY COLLEGE ADMINISTRATOR:She is passionate about supporting students succeed in school and beyond. Instructional Support, Distance Education, Workforce, Sustainability and Advancement expertise. PROFESSOR & KEY-SPEAKER: She has strong interpersonal communications skills, being invited as key speaker in conferences. More than 30 years of experience in teaching graduate, bachelor and associate degrees courses. Adjunct professor at University of Dallas and Cedar Valley College, Dallas, TX. >CONSULTANT & FACILITATOR: She is a bilingual/ bi-cultural international organizational consultant and facilitator, a certified Professional Coach who has designed and executed many workshops with innovative learning techniques for adults. > ENTREPRENEUR & MANAGER: In 2005 she founded Nodo Group, an international network of consulting firms, and has served as its Director since then. She co-founded US company Arete Consulting. She has excellent managerial and networking skills >TECHNICAL EXPERT: She is a sustainable urban and transportation planner specialized in institutional reform, public policies and community outreach & sustainable projects: development/ delivery/ supervision. > LEADER: At this point of her career she has proven teamwork and leading skills in public, private and non governmental organizations. > INVOLVEMENT IN COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS: She has founded, governed and directed various volunteer organizations of different sectors such as a federation that supports more than 70 non profit organizations that work with children and youngsters and as a volunteer in organizations that are working on constructing a peaceful democratic transition. She is serving as a Board Member of Groundwork Dallas and Toastmasters- DCCCD Talks Club. > INVOLVEMENT IN WOMEN ORGANIZATIONS: Former President of the Venezuelan Women’s Association and Director of Vital Voices Venezuela. She serves as a Board Member of Hispanic Women´s Network of Texas.
