I am and engineer with a passion for travels and sports and I have worked for global companies across various sectors. After 20+ years in the corporate world , I have partnered with Novastone Capital Advisor and I am looking for an Italian SME to acquire and grow. I strive to be consistent in whatever I do and walk the talk. My two children give me management and execution lessons every day. Thanks to my strong experience in Services, Operations, and General Management, I am very pragmatic and approachable. Managing change and international projects has been a constant throughout my career, for example, I developed a distribution and partner network for Heineken in the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo), and I managed a global SAP Procurement project for BASF in Switzerland.
