Dal-Tile Corporation, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, manufactures, distributes and markets high-quality ceramic tile and natural stone products. Dal-Tile is the largest ceramic tile manufacturer in the U.S. and one of the largest tile manufacturers in the world employing over 10,000 associates. - Overall 20 years of IT industry experience with multiple industry standard certifications (ex: CompTIA, Microsoft, and ITIL). - Currently Senior Manager, IS Solutions Architect covering endpoint management, ITSM administration, Middleware and Oracle DB support with budget and infrastructure project management. - Formerly an IT infrastructure support supervisor and manager over various teams including enterprise help desk, desktop support, and mobility. Primary duties include managing day-to-day operations of geographically disperse IS organization focusing primarily on front line, internal support for global manufacturing company. - Past infrastructure support duties for 5 years spanning all aspects of IT technical support (front line support, web application development, small business server and office network setups). Specialties: IT infrastructure support, managing day-to-day operations, leading and participating in process improvement projects, working with 3rd party contractors and vendors to implement purchased software services and products, and budget responsibilities.
